- Abstracts are limited to 250 words max.
- Late abstracts will not be accepted.
- Abstracts may be revised via the submission form up until the deadline.
- Submitters will receive an email notification regarding selection status.

Poster Guidelines
- We strongly encourage you to seek poster printing resources at your home institution.
- If you need poster-printing resources, please contact the organizers at arizonaastrobiology@gmail.com. Posters for printing may only be submitted upon confirmation of abstract selection, with no submissions/revisions accepted after March 17.
- If you would like your poster to be made available digitally for virtual attendees to view, please email your poster to arizonaastrobiology@gmail.com by March 20 at 5pm AZ.
- Maximum physical size format is 4ft x 4ft, with a maximum digital file size of 32gb.
Speaker Guidelines
- Talks may only be submitted upon confirmation of abstract selection.
- Powerpoint or PDF only, slide size widescreen (16:9).
- Maximum time for talks is 12 minutes with 3 additional minutes for questions.
- No revisions will be accepted after March 20.
- In-person presentation slides will be managed by the organizers, and will provide a clicker to advance slides.
