Registration
Please register your attendance for the symposium by March 2nd, 2026 to allow us to properly allocate funds for meals, travel, and event space. Registration will remain open until the symposium; however, late registrations may limit our ability to accommodate all planning needs.
Individuals who have already submitted an abstract are considered registered and do not need to complete the registration form.
Abstract Submission & Presentations
Abstract Guidelines
- Abstracts are limited to 1500 characters (200-250 words).
- You will receive an email notification by the end of February regarding selection status.
Presentation Guidelines
- Presentation constraints have not yet been finalized. In previous years, poster dimensions were 4 ft x 4 ft, and talks were allotted 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions.
